- How do I schedule a cleaning service?

- Will I have the same cleaners every time?
All of our OPULUX Professionals are employees of Opulux Clean & CO; licensed, bonded and insured; as well as background checked with previous professional cleaning experience. We put a high emphasis on the same cleaners every booking. There are unforeseen circumstances such as employee sickness or scheduling concerns. However, these situations are not common occurrences.
- Can I skip/reschedule bookings?
You can cancel or reschedule your bookings at any time by communicating us by phone or e-mail. There is no charge for cancelations made at least 48 hours before the start of your booking.
Cancelations made less than 48 hours prior to your booking time will result in a $50 fee.
Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the booking will be charged at full price and are not eligible for a refund.
- Can I tip my OPULUX Professional?
Yes! You can tip your professional with cash or card post cleaning. We appreciate it!
